Ellie Tabibian is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths coach helping individuals deliver world-class performance through their innate potential.

Unbeknownst to her, she filtered her work through the Strengths-lens in her first career as a school psychologist.  Her focus on what’s right with students, instead of what’s wrong with them, and their blank stare of boredom led her to pursue career education and counseling.

There, Ellie stumbled on CliftonStrengths, a customized report that ignited a transformation in her personal development, career, and purpose. Out of 34 talents that show up globally, her first is Maximizer: a bias towards what’s excellent about people.  This was the answer to her burnout and her place in the world.

Ellie uses CliftonStrengths to help individuals, teams, and businesses to reach peak performance, build high functioning teams, and experience greater well-being.
